Storing and retrieving your sample is incredibly easy and fast,
requiring less than two minutes of hands-on time.
Protocol:
Sample Application:
- Remove sterile seal or open sterile tube cap.
- Add 10-20 μl of your sample to each well or tube (from picogram to μg range).
- Leave wells or tube(s) open to dry overnight on lab bench.
- Cover wells with aluminum seal provided or close cap.
Sample Recovery:
- Pierce aluminum seal with pipette tip or open tube and add 20-50 μl of H2O or TE.
- Hydrate for 15 minutes.
- Retrieve sample for further applications; no further purification necessary.
