DNA SampleMatrix® Plasmid DNA Data - Now Available as QIAsafe™

Plasmid DNA in SampleMatrix® yields superior amplification compared to plasmid stored at -20°C.

The figure at right shows PCR fragments amplified from DNA stored stored for 17 months at -20°C in 10mM TE (lane 2), or at room-temp in SampleMatrix® (lane 3). Size markers (lanes 1 & 5) and negative control (lane 4) are included.
